Inviting Ticketr

In order to invite Ticketr, you must have the Manage Server permission in your Discord server. When authorizing, ensure you grant the required permissions:
  • Manage Channels
  • View Channels (doesn’t grant access to private channels)
  • Send Messages and Send Messages in Threads
  • Create Public and Private Threads
  • Manage Threads
  • Mention @everyone, @here, and All Roles
Some of these permissions are powerful. Here is why Ticketr requires them:

Enabling or Disabling Tickets

Enabling and disabling tickets is simple:
  1. Open the Ticketr Dashboard.
  2. Select the server you manage.
  3. Navigate to System and toggle Ticket System Enabled.
(Alternatively, you can run /settings in Discord and toggle the status directly). To get Ticketr production-ready, we recommend configuring your server in this order:
